Terms and Conditions
Payment Methods. Payment may be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit card, Google on the internet, bank check, money order, business check or personal check payable to James M. Wiggins, Associated Media Companies, V.I.P. Address Book or V.I.P. Address File. Items will be shipped promptly upon receipt of payment by credit card, Google or money order. Shipping will be held from 10 to 14 days upon receipt of all other forms of payment.
Payment Terms. Payment is due within 10 days of placement of an order. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. If the purchaser has not paid in full 10 days after the order date, an interest charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on the outstanding balance.
Title of item(s) passes to the purchaser when payment in full has been received.
There will be an additional charge of 10% of the check amount for any returned checks.
Guarantees. Authenticity of all lots is guaranteed. Items are not shipped for approval. If any substantial defect not described on the website, item(s) may be returned within 10 days from date of shipment only after permission is granted.
Condition. All items are sold in "as is" condition. Condition description of lot excludes condition of frame. Framed items are not examined out of frame.
Return of Items & Refunds. Items may not be returned except for reasons of authenticity or substantial defect. Returns must be authorized prior to shipment and refund amounts are limited to purchase price but not shipping costs. Only original purchasers may ask for refunds. Refund amounts are limited to the total purchase price. Refunds will not be granted until the item (items) are returned in the same exact condition that they were originally sent.
Withdrawal of Items. We attempt to accurately describe each item on the website and reserve the right to withdraw items at any time.
Shipping & Insurance. All items will be fully insured. Shipping will be made by US Postal Service, UPS ground or other carrier selected by Seller unless other method is requested by Buyer and paid for by Buyer. Buyer will be invoiced for packing, insurance and shipping. All items will be shipped fully insured. All custom duties, taxes and fees are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
International Shipping. All items shipped outside the Continental United States will be shipped via insured express mail.
Damage to Your Package. In the event that the contents of your shipment are damaged in transit, you must contact us at 541-764-4233 within two business days of receipt and retain all packing materials.
Invoicing. An invoice will include a fee for packing, insurance and shipping. Multiple purchases will be combined within a single package to save extra shipping expenses when it is safe to do so.
Disputes of Authenticity. Disputes of authenticity shall be resolved with the return of the item(s) in the exact same condition as shipped with no alteration, change in condition or damage, accompanied by proof of purchase, return authorization issued and a written opinion from a recognized expert in the related collecting field who has been deemed acceptable by both buyer and seller, challenging the authenticity. Refund is limited to the total purchase price and will not include shipping, handling and insurance costs.
Legal Disputes. All Terms & Condition of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. All buyers hereby consent to the jurisdiction of Lincoln County, Oregon, United States of America.
